Hi Dr. Lam
I have already did four sessions of laser 1540 palomar but it didnt help my scarces that much. I wanted to know if preheps silicone will do the work for my scare at the top and on the buttom. and if not what do you suggest.

hi,
it is hard for me to tell 100%. however, i would say silicone with 1 or 2 efforts would improve it but not make it as good as i would like. you may need 1 or 2 rounds of CROSS acid to finish the job. as you probably know any method never leads to a perfect result but i am confident that i should improve the situation better than your laser. if i am right with what i see, i would do a silicone treatment, wait about 3 months to see if collagen is improving it further over that time, then make a decision whether to go to another silicone or go to a CROSS or call it. hope that helps.

unfortunately, what i do is pretty unique. i do not have anyone in LA that does exactly what i do. about 80% of my silicone and CROSS fly in for my work. you can fly in and out the same day. if you are interested, just call 888-866-3388.
