even though i do a lot of lip reductions, your situation lies beyond my scope of expertise for two reasons:
1. the lip outside of the red lip is very hard to reduce. i cannot do that without risk of scarring.
2. your incision sits right at the mucosal and skin edge meaning that if i made my incision anywhere else you may have a flap loss or loss of blood supply.
this is not an easy one. i am sorry.
