hi,
1. first, if there are changes or fluctuations, i would check with an allergist. you look slightly swollen. don't know if it is related to allergies.
2. the undereye area looks more hollow than baggy. i would suggest restylane under the eyes instead of fat transfer for two reasons. one, it is a lot less expensive and easier to do for someone who just needs lower eyelids managed. second, it is more predictable in your case since i am targeting just a small problem. it will last you many months to years. i saw a 15 year old girl that is now 21 years old and born with "eyebags" in whom i did restylane for her 6 or 7 years ago and it is still holding. it is also reversible since i want to make sure that it would age well for you. obviously, i cannot promise that kind of longevity but i believe after 2 to 3 rounds over time, it really leads to very durable results. also, this may sound arrogant but i fill it more safely and better than my colleagues. if you do not use me, find someone who does a good job. i use microcannulas (non-needle) so there is a safe, non-bruised, and smooth result.
best,
sml
