Hi Dr. Lam,

If a patient lost about 5 lbs. after full facial fat transfer, would it cause any issues with new fat transfer?

usually not. my fear is weight gain like 20 to 30 pounds after. it could make your face look fatter or not as attractive.

According to me its effect on after your weight is put down 15 or 20 pounds. usually its take the progress after some time.
