in the video(Acne scar virtual consultation) ,not treat Punctate acne scar in patient with darker skin people like african-american ,indian- with CROSS treatment.may i know..then what will be preferred treatment for the same.

-How about dermal drafts in treating acne scars .
-can it be used in punctate scar in Fitzpatrick Skin type 4 and above ,with prior subcision .Please may i know your view.

sorry that you can't log in. the answer is that i personally do not perform that procedure. i have not tried in the past so i don't know if it is good or bad but in speaking with other physicians who have tried it, they have not been impressed. i have also spoken with patients who have failed the procedure. but please keep in mind i see a ton of revision patients who fly in for me to help them so i have a natural bias set up since i mainly see failures.

can dermal grafts or microsilicon injection be used in punctate scar in Fitzpatrick Skin type 4 and above ,with prior subcision .Please may i know your view.

again i cannot comment on dermal grafts. silicone can be done in any skin type but so long as the problem is principally a subdermal problem. it is harder to manage when it is directly a dermal issue. hope that makes sense.
