Very dry chapped lipss

Hi,
I continuously suffer from dry chapped lips mainly bottom which become very flaky and look bad. I was wondering if there is any plastic surgery that can be done to solve it.

unfortunately no. you may want to check with your dermatologist. he/she can help you explore potentially if there is a systemic (full body) problem causing the situation that may be helped. no surgery though.
