Yes, I put fat into the upper eyelid in almost every patient. It technically is not directly in the eyelid but at the margin where the bony brow transitions into the upper eyelid. Anyway, that technical detail you don't need to worry about but suffice it to say that I put fat there in about 99% of patients.
Frankly, I did not know what an Enduragen implant was until I just googled it. It appears to be a Medpor implant. I have never put fat over one so I would most likely have to see you, feel your lower eyelid, and do some thinking before I say yes to that. I would also most likely consult with my colleagues before giving you any kind of affirmation toward doing it. Fat including all charges is $8800. I typically charge $500 for a touchup in the first year.
