Do you use twilight anesthesia when performing chin implants? Or do you always use general anesthesia?

i stopped using twilight because people that have short chins have small airways. in the past when i did twilight, the anesthesiologist had to keep holding the chin up and readjusting the patient, forcing me to stop reprep the patient since i am working with a sterile implant, reglove and start all over. it is just too difficult and risky in my opinion. no more. now just general.
