In a way, yes, if I am understanding you. You will lose fat everywhere along with some bone structure, muscle and fascia (connective tissue). It will also sag a bit but not so much in Asians and darker complected races.

there would be no difference. taking out subcutaneous fat and bichat fat are both bad. i personally do not do either one.
