The first time I visited Dr. Lam’s office, the nurses and staff were very nice. Dr. Lam looked at my nose and told me he could help me get a beautiful nose. He took a lot of time to look at my nose thoroughly, and he explained to me what needed to be done, so I decided to choose Dr. Lam to perform my rhinoplasty procedure.
On the day of surgery the building was very quiet and private. The nurse taking care of me was wonderful and very reassuring. I remember being very cold and a little nervous, so she got me a hot blanket. The surgery went really well.
Now, I have heard all sorts of stories and seen on TV how much bruising and swelling there is after this type of surgery. I am very happy to say that I had very little bruising and swelling. After a week it was pretty much all gone.
I am glad that I went to Dr. Lam. He was the best doctor for me to choose. He really cares about his patients and I am thrilled with my results!
