Dr. Lam,

I was in to see you this past week about my upper lip. I wanted to thank you for your advice about putting the silicone in to reduce the sea-gull look and give it a straighter edge. The procedure worked really well and now has a much better shape.
I was wondering now if you would be able to reduce the upper lip further while keeping the new improved shape? I don't think i really want to enlarge the lower lip with silicone, and i think a small reduction in the upper would make a huge difference in the proportion benefits between the upper and lower. As of right now they appear to be almost the same size. What do you think? Thanks again for the silicone idea when i was in, the shape is MUCH better than it used to be!!

that could be feasible. i would give it a couple of months to evaluate your current lip situation, i.e., your getting used to seeing it. i would be happy to oblige if it would help. after a month, send a photo in a PM to me.
