hi, dr lam
i understand botox is temporary for contouring the face, have you had patients come back for a f/u injection? if so, how often do they do that?? is it possible to get a permanent result with botox as far as facial contour is concerned?

if i am looking for more permanent options, what would you suggest?

I don't have an answer except bone contouring, but you probably know my thoughts on that if you watched my video consultation on botox contouring. i can't say anyone has had a permanent result but i don't maintain that rigorous a follow up schedule where I have kept track of my patients who have had it.
