Always changing & new fillers!

Postby Mysteryagain » Mon Aug 18, 2008 9:24 pm

Hello :)

Some HA fillers still not FDA approved contain substances to make the HA "last longer" and create some collagen production and/or give it a different viscosity. I have noticed some contain high viscosity cross linked HA AND Hypromellose, others HA and dextranomere microspheres (DEAE Sephadex). Are those products of the same family and/or imply the same risks that acrylates (PMMA and the like)?

Hugsssssssss

Ok! thanks :)
One does not find too much info online... which actually sort of reinforces the idea that there is not enough data yet to approve/use stuff like that.
