I think I finally understood tonight about the buccal area and 'the sore thumb'. It's particularly obvious in 3/4 view isn't it? I still wouldn't want a whole heap in there, but now, I wouldn't want it not there either! There needs to be a bridge between the cheek bone at the front and the mid face, right ? I get it!

I am now thinking of coming on to visit you at the beginning of February after my stay in Europe, as I think everything will be a bit easier that way. Even though that seems a long way off, I will need to book the flights shortly and just wanted to check that you are not planning to be away/on holiday at that time so that in principle this is possible?
