Dear Dr Lam,

I have followed your 'volume replacement' work with great interest and have decided to pursue volume replacement in the peri orbital and mid face area (and possibly the jawline too). I have read all the clinical papers available on the matter and support theory of volume replacement versus skin tightening to restore a youthful appearance.

Here is my problem. I live in London, England and cannot find a really skilled doctor (either board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist) who does volume replacement with filler. Many of these types of procedures are done by nurses or beauty technicians. Not for me! Only a skilled doc will do.

I do not know if you are in the habit of referring to other colleagues. If so, I would appreciate your suggestions on who I should consult for this type of procedure.

If it is not your policy to make recommendations, I'll understand. If I could fly to Dalllas I would but my work keeps me permanently based in Europe.
