This section is dedicated to questions that don’t easily fit into any other category but that concern facial plastic surgery. For hair restoration, see Dr. Lam’s Hair Transplant Forum. http://www.drsamlamhairforum.com/
You mentioned it in a post and could not find a pic in google or online. Just curious. Hugs and you then have to tell us how the visit to New York with the staff went like!
go to the first tab under the first menu item namely "plastic surgery- facelift, fat grafting" under "procedures" and go down to "malar mound reduction". it is about the 6th major entry down on that page. you will see a gentleman with a dreadful case that was corrected by direct excision of the problem. best, sml p.s.: my staff has had a blast so far. we did a circle line tour of the city by water at night called the "harbor lights" tour. we also just ate a Buddakan. Awesome. now i am going to bed shortly.
Whoa, poor man, well, not poor man, you are a genius and left him looking awesome!
It is though hard to differentiate malar festoons from undereye bags... they are kind of similar looking. How do you know if you have one or the other? Does the malar festoon look like an undereye circle, only lower than what we call undereye area?
Wow, you had a blast, I can tell!!! Can't wait to see the videos!!!
the malar festoon is lower and tends to undergo cyclical swelling. however, it may not swell and just stay abnormal. it is completely different from an undereye bag.
