Hi Dr. Lam,

I was reading one of your posts and you mention how you prefer the KPT laser for red vascular marks versus the Pulsedye. You also mentioned how you have the best KPT laser on the market.

With that said, I was wondering if you would be willing to treat a red scar that is NOT on the face (I know you only do face). I have 2 red scars from a lipo proceudre, they are very tiny (maybe quarter inch), but they are on my legs and bother me. It's been a year since the proceudre and they have faded a little, but I am looking to speed up the process.

Let me know if you would be willing to treat a scar on the body? If not, any advice would be appreciated!

I would be but I would highly suggest you stay in Chicago to get it treated. This is way too far for you to come for just a laser treatment. The pulsed dye works quite well for red scars. The KTP is great but you really do not need to make the travel here just for red scars (not to make light of what you have).
