Nostril Reduction

Postby AK1990 » Tue Jul 01, 2008 10:33 pm

Hello Dr.Lam, I've got a specific question for you if you don't mind.

Can you reduce the length of the interalar spaces, I know you can reduce the width/flare of that area. I was thinking maybe if a surgeon can reduce the collumella and the length of the nostril sidewall, the space between the two will in consequence shrink along with them, if not that space will hang lower than the other parts of the nose, which will end up looking demonic ! Pls help !

i'm not too sure what you are talking about. however, if you mean to physically make the nostril smaller rather than just the flare, that is what my nostril sill reduction does.

what you sent me in the PM with the pink color IS THE NOSTRIL SILL THAT I REDUCE!!! so of course, it would not hang since that is the area i reduce NOT THE COLUMELLA. however, i can reduce what you have in the yellow too. that is the outer alar base using a Sheen flap.
best,

just check your scalp for 666 before you decide that. if not, we're good to go.
