This section is dedicated to questions that don’t easily fit into any other category but that concern facial plastic surgery. For hair restoration, see Dr. Lam’s Hair Transplant Forum. http://www.drsamlamhairforum.com/
Dr Lam,
do you,or is it possible to have surgery with a local anaesthetic ,rather than a general.?
i personally much prefer to be awake ish and i believe that many risks are avoided by local.!is that correct.
thankyou.
we can do a light sedation. i did one gentleman under local and the discomfort he had was unacceptable to me. i don't hurt anyone. we don't need to do general. we can do sedation only but i want your experience with me to be pleasant.
