Dr. Lam,

Do you ever have male patients or are all your patients primarily women?

Most men I know including in my family absolutely do not care if they are aging or not. However, my women friends, relatives and close family members are constantly worrying about aging and therefore are buying all sorts of cosmetics to do something about it.
I think women are truly the ones who put the most money out on plastic surgery and botox.

Of course, for facial aesthetic work I have many more women than men. However, I have a huge number of men that I perform cosmetic enhancement on, as it is much more acceptable and common today than even 10 years ago. Also, if you count my hair transplant patients then 50% of my practice is men. When it comes to before and after photos, men still are more secretive than women and rather not have their images posted, which I understand. That partly explains why I have fewer male photos on my site than women.
