Is rib grafting better, if you want a prominent profile??

no. i have answered this before:
1. too stiff for the nasal bridge. it is rock hard and does not bend.
2. it can warp over time.
3. too big for most noses. i only want about 1 to 3 mm elevated in most
4. donor morbidity, i.e., having to harvest it and donor scar, etc.
5. very difficult to remove unless you reopen the entire nose.
cases.
best,
sml
