LAM FACIAL PLASTICS

I know HA fillers are temporary... but do they work for not too deep, ice-pick/scarred pores/small indented scars?? I have read different opinions, some docs say it does not even help in the short run because the filler gets "out" or that people can get a "doughnut" around the scar.

What is your personal opinion? If well done, can HA fillers fill in depressed scars?

Would PMMA products be better for it or the risk of leaving lumps and not covering the small scars is too big?

1. HA works only well for shallow rolls and holes but not great for tethered ice picks (in most cases).
