Hi Dr. Lam,

I want to thank you so much for creating this forum. Not only is it entertaining and interesting to read, but educational as well. So here is my question. I have always had deep hollowness under my eyes. Virtually under my eyes in the tear trough area there is no volume whatsoever. I had one syringe total of restylane injected which covered both sides. It still looks hollow. On your patients, are you conservative under the eye area even with those with the deepest of hollowness. For someone who has VERY deep hollowness under the eyes, how many syringes would you generally suggest? Thank you Dr. Lam.

thanks for the remarks. if someone has a hollow rim that is deep or sizable, i use routinely 2 syringes: one a side.
