Radiesse - before and after

Postby noire » Mon Jun 09, 2008 6:40 am

Dear Dr. Lam

Does Radiesse make your face look plumpier and thicker? I have looked at some "before/after " pictures of people who had Radiesse-injections to treat Marionette Lines and Nasolabial Folds and in the pictures before they looked thinner than in those after.

Thanks in advance for your reply.

not really. however, remember it is a filler like all other fillers so wherever they put it, you will have more volume perhaps in the photo you are looking at, they put fillers in areas near the lines too. if you are looking at my photos, i use radiesse among other products for volume fills in addition to lines. i rarely treat lines alone. i personally think filling lines without volume in about 95% of the time is a waste of money.
best,
sml
