Epicanthoplasty recovery

(Of note, Dr. Lam does not perform body rejuvenation except for hand fat grafting)

Epicanthoplasty recovery

Hi Dr Lam.

I got double eyelid and epicanthoplasty surgery nearly a month ago. Im worried cause after 2 weeks the epicanthoplasty scar has gotten more thick and bulgy. It stings and itches occasionally as well. Im wondering if this is normal in recovery? How would i know if the area is infected?

Also should i be using a scar cream and messaging the scar regularly?

Did I perform your procedure? If not, I cannot answer questions about your recovery from another surgeon's hands. That is not fair or appropriate. You need to ask your surgeon.
