Hi Dr Lam
When you take fat from the inner thigh, do you take from both thighs, or just one?

always both. even though it is very rare to have asymmetry by taking it from one side, i do it for two reasons:
1. for your psychological benefit
2. i tend to get enough fat by taking it from both sides, i.e., i need both sides.
