Chin/Jawline Implant Question

Postby kerouc » Wed May 14, 2008 9:28 pm

Dr Lam:

You mention on your website that you use a specialized chin implant that
extends across most of the jawline... Couple of qustions..

1. Are the incisions made inside the mouth?
2. Is this implant effective in treating mild jowling?
3. Do you also offer other jaw implants and if so, where are they inserted?

Tks!!

1. the incision is done under the chin.
2. for mild jowling, fat is much better because I can contour other areas of hollowness and extend the fat actually below the chin to make it blend with the jowl better.
3. really, that is about it when it comes to jaw implants.
