Dear Dr. Lam,

I am an Asian male who has really big lips to the point of me constantly getting stared at. This has lead me to do some online research on the possibility of having a lip reduction. One of the major concerns that I have, however, is the apparent lack of before and after photos on websites, and the little difference between the before and after photos on the ones that do.

This has lead me to the conclusion that for the most part surgeons are inexperienced with this type of medical procedure, and that the results are next to minimal.

My question though is whether you have heard of the new technique known as the "bikini lip reduction" that is suppose to achieve more satisfactory results with smaller and more aesthetically appealing lips (I was about to link you to the medical article, but it can be found through google).

If so, could you provide anymore up to date information about this procedure, or whether it is possible that you can recommend a surgeon in my area (though private message).

I do very good lip reductions with about 85% of patients flying in for my work. Given the number of corrections that I do every week, I cannot recommend anyone else. If you listen to the testimonial that was given in my video diary you will see how bad the results and recoveries can be.
