I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the exceptional care that I received. I truly feel fortunate to have been under your care. You are the most sincere, patient, compassionate physician I have met and am truly great full. Not only was I blessed to have you as the physician care for me but your staff is just absolutely magnificent each and everyone.
I flew in from the East Coast and stayed in Dallas for two days. Immediately, I felt so welcomed and at home. Your staff checked on me knowing that I was in Dallas alone but also extended so much help, care, and warmth that I never felt as if I was alone. Your girls went above and beyond to offer me there own soft snacks after my procedure (as my diet was limited to soft foods for 2-3 days) just to make sure I had enough once I got back to the hotel. This truly was exceptional and unbelievable. Words can not express how thankful I was. Not only was your staff making sure I was OK but it really meant a lot to me to get a personal phone call from you Dr Lam to check on how I was doing after several hours.
I had a revision lip reduction done with Dr Lam and have now experienced both spectrum's of the recovery. With my first procedure I had a lot of discomfort, pain, swelling and after 4 months of healing there was really no change in the size or shape of my lip.
I had the total opposite experience with Dr Lam. It is very apparent to me having had both experiences, that Dr Lam has tremendous experience and skill with performing lip surgeries. I had absolutely NO PAIN, NO DISCOMFORT, from start to finish his dental block literally works like magic. There was VERY MINIMAL SWELLING, and a major improvement was seen immediately, within minutes after the reduction procedure. This was very much to my amazement. I made arrangements to stay in Dallas for two days because of my first experience but I could have returned home immediately after Dr Lam did the correction... I felt that great.
I enjoyed my visit to Dallas. I was truly in awe at how much effort dedication, planning,and hard work has gone into your practice. Willowbend Wellness is an amazing building and you have a beautiful office this is all just icing on the cake for me. Both you Dr Lam and your staff treated me so fantastic. I had the most pleasant experience. Honestly I was nervous flying in but after our in person consult your sincerity and reassurance took all my fears away. I highly recommend you and all your staff as I see you are all truly committed to enhancing lives and truly helping others.
My only regret Dr Lam is not finding you sooner but I am great full that you were able to help me now. I would not hesitate to have you care for me again in the future.
