why plastic surgeons never have plastic surgery ?

This section is dedicated to questions that don’t easily fit into any other category but that concern facial plastic surgery. For hair restoration, see Dr. Lam’s Hair Transplant Forum. http://www.drsamlamhairforum.com/

why plastic surgeons never have plastic surgery ?

That's a funny question but I've noticed that plastic surgeons almost never use the services of their colleagues. Don't they trust each other? LOL

Maybe they do, but they don't disclose it. We'll probably never know.

You're right. I don't trust my colleagues to do my work, probably except hair transplant. I have someone I know that could help me if i need it in the future.

That is why I did my mom's face because even though I wasn't excited to do my mom's face I couldn't trust anyone else to do it.

btw, i had a nice patient of mine send me a PM and ask me why I have to put a closing remark on every question and comment, and the reason is two fold:

1. a bit of OCD to make sure that i respond to everything.
2. i don't know if i answered every question unless i see my name at the end of a thread.

however, please continue to comment and ask questions and don't worry about my time on this forum. i enjoy helping people out, and it is actually quite a bit of fun. (don't get crazy though!) i do it between patients during the day.
best,

To my eyes you are absolutely handsome, especially in person. Then again, since I was a kid, the smartest boy in the room was always best -looking.
