stitch method

Do you perform anything like the Dr Merck stitch method for otoplasty? I am curious about minimally invasive methods, and getting the least extensive recovery time for an otoplasty. Thanks Dr. Lam

I don't know what you are talking about. I do use a stitch method but it does require an incision. As far as recovery, have you seen my patients videos 1 day after the procedure??? There is barely any swelling. Remember it is not the technique but the experience of the surgeon that directly affects your recovery. Please watch my "Video Journeys" section to see what I am talking about.
best,

At ear-clinic.com, there is a link to the stitch method I have read about. Are you familiar with this? He claims patients do not need bandages or sedation. Thanks in advance.

I have heard about it but only indirectly. What is interesting is three things:
1. there are no before and after photos. just 3 AFTER photos. are you kidding?
2. my procedure takes one hour under light sedation with as you see in my videos barely any recovery in most cases. bandages are only one night.
3. given the price of the euros to dollars right now, the procedure is about 1/3 more expensive too.
