I am 35 years of age female from europe. I have had few facial frocedures allready. The last one was midface lift,( endoscopic)
I know you prefer fatgrafting over midfacelift.
I have also had orbital rim shaving ( bone) and upper blepharoplasty.
As you have also stated, that can leve gaunt look. And yes I agree.
I know you adress the full face with fatgrafting, and I love this.
As I live far away, could you give some idea of the costs for facial fatgrafting?
Also I have had one round of silikon1000 in my lips, would like one round more, how much do you charge for that?
Finally, what area exactly is anterior cheek, that you refer to, when you say it is very feminizing area.

I already responded in youtube but here is the same answer. It is about 9k all included (procedure, facility, anesthesia) to have the fat transfer performed. I do not do partial faces, as the results are truly suboptimal. The anterior cheek is the area of greatest depression that runs diagonally down from the inner eye to the lower outer cheek in front of and below the cheek bone prominence.

The cost of silikon 1000 is 700 for both lips, 350 for one lip if that is all you need. It can be done at the same time as the fat transfer or separately. Most people need 2 to 3 rounds of silicone treatment.
