I would have sent this to your office but wanted to post it so others could see it. I wanted to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to you and your staff for taking such great care of me last week.

I arrived at your office alone after a long flight from California. I was dehydrated and very nauseated from the rough flight. Driving to your office from the airport, I can barely remember.

I would have never made it home if not for the care of you and your staff in helping me literally get back on my feet. I am greatfull that when I could not stand, you gave me a chair, when I was dehydrated and hungry, your staff gave me drink and food.

It may not sound like much but when you are 2,000 miles away from home where you don't know a soul, what you and your staff did for me was very much appreciated. Thank you again Dr. Lam.

First of all, I am so honored that you would fly so far for me to take care of you. All patients deserve the best from me and my staff, and I am glad that you were treated with that dignity. I look forward to helping you again in the future, and I am glad that you are feeling so much better.
