LAM FACIAL PLASTICS

Hi Dr lam could i plz pm you some pics and tell me what you think my best course of action could be? I had facelift smas ( although they never lifted my cheeks as I presumed they would i think they just stretched the skin on my face and removed the excess,my scars from the facelift go round front of ear not round the back and only extend to the top of my ears not into the temple line and i have pixie ears and the scars under my ears arent good very visable.I also had upper/ lower eye bleph (transconjusctial) my upper eye scars are very visable and the crease to my right eye seems to have gone it doesnt form a smooth line? my eye skin doesnt sit right when opened and my left eye is much larger apparently they took more skin from that eye, the scar to that isnt good either and i have a small lump right in the middle on the creaseline that often gets stuck like unven as if part is held down and and it looks like slightly overlapping above the crease line when my eyes are open and in natural position,my lateral brow lift was performed in the upper hair line via 2 small semi circular insissions just stitched ,this just lifted the corners of my brow needless to say that my brow fell back into old position within 6 months i had my ops april 2006, towrds the end of the op i awoke to find them lipo suctioning fat from my cheek area that was agony!I had twilight sedation for these procedures and i was up to my max so I had to endure this till they finished, i figure they did the lipo to kinda chisel my look as they lipoed under my chin too under my chin was with my consent was advised by the surgeon to have that done at the consultation ,so surfice to say my cheeks well just under them down to just above my jaw bone is slightly gaunt and my cheeks are flat, I did specify that ive always had high cheeks bones that had an apple to them and would like to have them back sadly they didnt follow any of my instructions on the day of my op I had 2 belgian surgeons working on me and one wassnt even a reg surgeon, i have slack skin under my left eye and a prounounced large pouch bag, my right eye has a smaller bag although the skin isnt as slack.My eyes are jet black underneath on the contour fading to brown on the bags, i thought this was bruising but I know it is hollow eyes casting a shadow caused by too much fat taken any advise would be most welcome. sorry to ramble on thank you
