Quick question about an SMAS Facelift. I was told that the texture of my skin (due to acne scarring) could be greatly improved by having an SMAS facelift (although I really don't need a facelift because I don't have sagging skin nor a sagging neckline). My acne scarring is not severe, but the texture of my skin on my cheeks is orange peel-like). I've had Erbium laser back in the late '80s and approximately 2 years ago I had 6 Fraxel treatments--the treatments have helped but still looking for new options.
Is SMAS often used to smooth out this type of texturing of the skin? If no, what are some other advanced treatments that I should consider (I am Eurasian)?
Thanks!
