in the immediate time frame after fat grafting (ie. the day of the procedure and the next couple of days), what kind of actions can compromise the effectiveness of the procedure or traumatize the fat cells to the point of an inferior outcome? for example lets say somebody has fat grafting to the cheeks and orbital rim. Can they touch that area with their hands to apply moisturisers or creams, can they shower, will smiling or too much facial expression create problems, sneezing, etc
sorry if some of those examples are a bit pedantic
Basically what are the definite dont's?
