Silicone removal

Postby kim » Wed Jan 30, 2008 4:35 pm

Dr. Lam

I sent my photos to your yahoo mail address. My question is regarding silicone removal. I had the microdroplet technique and I want it reduced or removed. I don't like silicone at all. It makes my mouth look fake, it is not even there is way too much in there. It looks really bad when I smile. Like I have a hotdog lip. I want to have nicely shaped pretty lips not what I have. After it is removed I might have a lip lift instead to get fullness and also reduce the space between nose and lip. Please what % can be removed? Please look at my pics since I live far away. Thanks Ann

Hi,
Unfortunately I have not received your photos. Did you send them to drlam@lamfacialplastics.com? I also cannot "remove" silicone. I just can reduce the lip. That is what you see in all of my silicone lip corrections in my before and after gallery. I do a lot of these types of reductions mostly for people from out of town. Typically, because I do this with a block, you can fly back out the same day. I use dissolving sutures. There is NO pain during the procedure.
Best,
SML
