(Of note, Dr. Lam does not perform body rejuvenation except for hand fat grafting)
That question is very hard to answer without seeing you in person. There are oftentimes some tricks when I see your face. However, obviously, we are all born with limitations that cannot be improved on. That may very well be the case when I see you. It really is not possible to make a mouth physically bigger, as far as I know of.
