I heard about a new procedure called OPHTHOGLOW which can permanently implant a thicker limbal ring to enhance the color of your eyes and make them look bigger.
My friend had the procedure done and said is was completely safe, but want to know if anyone else has done this or know about it's safety. I have small eyes and wanted to find ways to make them look bigger. Is this safe and does anyone have any feedback. Thanks
