Can you give a rough estimate of much the lip will enlarge in one session of injection? Thanks

i know this is a vague answer but typically not a lot. you need 2 to 3 to see a subtle but obvious result.

Does the injection increases the the thickness of the lip more or the height of the lip more?

it depends on your lip. typically both.

I see. i have another problem is that there are lines underneath my upper lip, when i smile and close back my mouth my left side of the upper lip sort of crease and form different layer, and it is quite unsightly. I notice the crease is caused by the lines. Is there any way i can remove the lines?

most likely i will not be able to fix that especially since they appear during animation or movement. that is something i will not be able to fix. sorry.
