This section of the forum is dedicated to discussions on mole removal, Dr. Lam’s philosophy, technique, and results regarding removal of facial moles, nevi, and other facial lesions. (Also see, Scar revision and keloid management forum.)
this is not an easy one because your age and skin color and location. you are young so it will be difficult to remove it without a noticeable scar. same problem with your skin color. as far as the location also this is bad because it will require most likely some kind of advancement flap meaning a larger incision to pull tissues from the area between your eyes downward to close the hole. you might want to shave it off and let the wound contract so that you can revisit the best way to excise it in the future if the area becomes smaller after shaving (but remember shaving ultimately will fail).
