Hi, Dr. Lam. I don't know if you remember me, I'm the guy from Utah that flew to your offices to treat my mild to moderate acne scarring on my cheeks and temples. It has been about three months since my third silicon treatment and I couldn't be happier with the results. Granted, it's not perfect, and I'm aware that it never will be, but the improvement is as much as I ever could have asked for. You've given me a new lease on life and my face is now just one less thing that I have to worry about. I guess I'm getting on these boards to say thank you and to reassure everybody viewing this thread that you truly are a master of your craft and if you keep your expectations realistic, your outlook and quality of life can greatly improve. Thanks again.

P.S., I will probably fly in for a fourth and final treatment within the next year just to touch things up, so I expect to see you in the near future.
