Laser damage to my nose

Postby JohnJ » Wed Dec 26, 2012 4:58 am

Hi dr Lam

back in july i had ND Yag laser done on my nose for a few minor thread veins

a few days after my nostrils felt so soft and mushy like whatever was underneath has gone and it has been like this ever since , also my nose is alot skinnier now like there's no fibrofatty tissue or collogen anymore , Just nose bone .

Do you think if i were to have repeated prp treatments done with the prp concentrated at 500-800% every 5-6 weeks it could regenerate what the laser has melted away .

please help

unfortunately, i have never used PRP in that manner but the answer is most likely not since PRP does not add volume to the nose. if you have lost volume, you should consider a facial filler to restore the lost volume.
