Hi Doctor , i had a really bad job of restylane under my eyes , I end it up having big and uneven bags under my eyes . My doctor injected hyaluronidase to dissolve it but i guess also dissolve my own Ha in one side of my face. I have a hole in one cheek , its been 2 month and I don't see any improvement .Is this damage permanent? o maybe because Im 36 will take more time to heal ? Im so depressed !! is anything that I can do to fix this ?? I really appreciate your help,, thank u
in most cases it comes back in a few months time. it should resolve itself. if you can't wait, i would consider using some more HA products to fill in the hole and if it come back you could GENTLY dissolve it. s

Doctor, I keep reading that hyaluronidase can cause permanent tissue damage ,I'm so confused .do I need to get plastic surgery now to fix my face ? o should I wait ? I really scared to get something else done in my face but Im so self conscious about this that I really dont know what to do .
honestly, i believe that hyaluronidase has a chance of causing permanent issues. that is why i go very low dosing. at times it is permanent and at times it is not. if it is under one year wait time i would go with a temporary filler with HA to make sure that if it comes back that you don't then have a lump. after one year i would consider using a permanent filler if it does not improve.

most docs would disagree with me that it could cause long-term issues so don't be mad at your doc . my opinion goes against the grain.
