I had L-shaped silicon implant and now what to remove it. What is the cost and complications if there is any ?

you should get it out as soon as you can so that the pressure of the implant does not cause problems on the tip of the nose. i don't know anyone in England but it is easy to remove if you find someone experienced in removing Asian nose implants. i can do this with very little numbing cream and injection and it should take like 10 minutes to remove. you don't need general anesthesia to have it taken out. don't worry what i charge because you are not here. everyone has a different price. just get it out sooner than later so there will be less of a problem.
