Alarplasty redo

Postby cvvn » Sun Nov 25, 2012 7:10 am

Hi dr. Lam,
Five days ago I got alarplasty. That's all I needed cause my nose widens when I smile. The swelling is not too much, and it is already going down now. But i have noticed, it didn't do much to make my alar look smaller. It still looks thick and I want more reduction in my alar. My question is, how soon can I have alarplasty again? I need to do this ASAP before the holidays. Thank you :)

generally, i like to wait a few months to really evaluate matters and make sure that it is ok. obviously, you need to ask your surgeon about when he or she is comfortable to go back to redo it.
