I had cheekbone and jaw reduction surgery in Korea and for the most part am satisfied with the results. However, on certain angles my face has a weird 2-dimensional look (see photos). My front cheeks have always been flat and I think that the middle-front of my face looks "sunk"-in (i.e., my nose seats too deep in comparison to the rest of my face), which is more evident because the sides of my face were reduced. Do you think that paranasal fillers would help me have a less concave face? what about mid-face implants? I heard that paranasal implants can make the alar base look wider, which is the last thing I want. I am also considering rhinoplasty to elongate and refine my nose, one thing I dislike is how it flares when smile. What are your thoughts about why my face has this weird look from some angles, and do you think augmenting the paranasal area will make my face look better? Thanks

hi, i wish i could give you better news but i don't think you need much of anything. the dip near the nose is normal so is the fact that your nose widens when you smile. you really cannot and should not be fixing that. making your nose better i could but from the photos i don't think you need anything or very much there. i would even be hesitant to do too much in your anterior cheek, as i believe it could make your face look too full. to me it looks in good proportion already. best, s.
