Hi! I wrote my first e-mail to you two weeks ago, but I´ve yet to get an answer, so I sent another one this week, but still no reply. Do I have to call to get an appointment? I tried sending the e-mail directly to you as well as the official e-mail.

i respond to all emails typically within 24 hours. you can resend to drlam@lamfacialplastics.com. however, if you are looking for an appointment, just call my office 972-312-8188 for the fastest results. info@lamfacialplastics.com sometimes takes a day or so to respond because they are swamped.
