About silicone microdroplets

Is the effect of silicone microdroplets on lip permanent? Will the droplets shift and be out in place?
Because i have plan to slightly enlarge my left top lip and bottom lip and i am looking for a permanent solution over temporary fillers.

yes permanent and does not shift. :)
