Hello Dr.Lam,
I've been researching on the internet about eyelid surgery and came to like your work and knowledge.
To be clear I have double eyelids that are uneven one side is more droopy than the other but it wasn't so bad until a few years ago that my right eye would just droop down. I feel so embarrassed about it especially taking photos I just don't feel happy about my face. I really like my left eyelid it's just my right eyelid that looks ugly. Is it possible to just fix one eyelid and make it even with my left eye? If you need photos please tell me or any advice is much appreciated. Many thanks!!

in most Asians who have uneven eyelids, the majority can be improved with a simple double-eyelid procedure. the reason that one side is hanging lower than the other is the side that has a smaller crease/less defined crease/smaller eye shape is that way because the fat slides down further downward making the eyelid size and crease shape different. i would say in over 80% of cases, the eyelids become more even but one should NEVER just do one side. you need to surgically create the same crease even if you say you already like one side because i can get that crease pretty close to the other one. here are some examples:
